Online Orders
Thanks to your incredible support, our online store has been busier than ever! For now, we’ve turned off most of our online products to focus on Christmas orders and Homekill services. Our award-winning Hams and Online Gift Cards are still available to order – perfect for the festive season. Don’t worry, our full online store will be back in action in January.
Ham Orders
Order by 12pm, 17th December for delivery.
Order by 12pm, 24th December for click + collect.
Orders must meet a minimum spend of $50.
We deliver to residential and business addresses across the North Island. Unfortunately, at this stage we do not deliver to the South Island or rural addresses. If you're unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order.
- Auckland: $10
- Outside Auckland: $15
Note: Additional charges may apply for larger or heavier orders. We will notify you if this is the case and will arrange a refund or a new shipping quote.
Our team works efficiently to process orders. Once an order is placed, we cannot guarantee it can be cancelled or amended. If you have a request, please reach out to us, and we'll do our best to assist you.
Orders are dispatched via NZ Post within 1 to 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Please allow an additional 1-2 business days for your order to arrive once dispatched. Deliveries are typically made between 9am-5pm, Monday to Friday.
Perishable orders are carefully packed with ice packs in an insulated lined box to ensure freshness upon delivery.
