Delivery
All online orders must meet a minimum spend of $50.
We deliver to urban addresses across the North Island only.
- Auckland Urban: $12
- North Island Urban (Excl. Auckland): $15
We do not deliver to rural addresses.
If a rural address is submitted and we miss it, any order sent is shipped at the buyer’s risk. No refunds will be issued for damaged, delayed, or spoiled rural deliveries.

To receive your order on a specific day, place it by 11am the business day before:
- → Delivery Tuesday
- → Delivery Wednesday
- → Delivery Thursday
- → Delivery Friday
Once your order has been packed and shipped, you’ll receive tracking details via email.
Important note for Thursday and Friday orders:
Orders placed after 11am Thursday will be processed the following Monday and delivered Tuesday.
We do not deliver on weekends, and we won’t ship orders on a Friday to avoid them sitting unchilled with the courier over the weekend.

Our team works quickly to prepare and dispatch orders, so once an order is placed, we can’t guarantee changes or cancellations.

Your order is packed and shipped via NZ Couriers Overnight Courier.
We use:
- Insulated boxes
- Gel ice packs
These are designed to keep your meat chilled for up to 36 hours in transit.
If your order arrives damaged or at an unsafe temperature, please email photo evidence within 24 hours to info@franklincountrymeats.com.
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method, minus a 2% processing fee.
Click + Collect
1. Order online – Shop as usual through our website.
2. Select ‘Click + Collect’ at checkout.
3. Wait for confirmation – You’ll receive an email when your order is ready. Most are ready within 24 hours.
4. Pick up in-store – Collect from our shop at 187 Manukau Road, Pukekohe. Please bring your confirmation email when picking up.
