Minimum Spend: Orders must meet a minimum spend of $50.
Delivery Area: We deliver to residential and business addresses across the North Island (urban only). Unfortunately, we do not deliver to the South Island or rural addresses at this stage.
If a rural address is submitted and we miss it, the order is sent at the buyer’s risk. No refunds for spoiled or delayed rural deliveries.

Delivery Costs:
• Auckland Urban: $12
• North Island Urban (excl. Auckland): $15
Note: Additional charges may apply for larger or heavier orders. We’ll notify you in advance if this is the case.
Cut-Off Times:
To receive your order on a specific day, place it by 11am the business day before for:
→ Delivery Tuesday
→ Delivery Wednesday
→ Delivery Thursday
→ Delivery Friday
Important:
Orders placed after 11am Thursday will be processed the following Monday and delivered Tuesday.
We do not deliver on weekends, and we won’t ship orders on a Friday to avoid items sitting unchilled with the courier.
Dispatch & Delivery:
Orders are dispatched via NZ Post within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Delivery typically takes 1–2 days from dispatch. Deliveries are usually made between 9am–5pm, Monday to Friday.
Perishable Orders:
All perishable orders are packed with ice packs in an insulated lined box to maintain freshness during transit.
Order Amendments:
We begin preparing orders quickly after they're placed. If you need to make changes, please contact us ASAP — we’ll do our best to help, but changes aren't guaranteed once processing begins.
